2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources of June 19, 2009 No. 103-P "About approval of the Instruction on structure, structure and content of land and cadastral case" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5723, it is published in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 2009, No. 8).

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
