About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of rail cars and concerning some types of separators

According to articles 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
