1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 1996 No. 2956 "About approval of the Regulations on Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 17, the Art. 137);
2) the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 1996 No. 3012 "Questions of Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget";
3) the subitem 1) Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 21, 2002 No. 825 "About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition No. 3038 which voided the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 18, 1996".
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
