2. Determine that:
decisions on creation of small industrial zones (further - industrial zones) based on not used territories and the idle floor spaces of the objects of state-owned property transferred to public authorities on places according to decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan are accepted by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent;
