About approval of forms and samples of forms of the car driver license and registration certificate of the vehicle

According to subitem 11 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About traffic" of April 17, 2014 I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) sample of the form of the car driver license according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) sample of the registration certificate of the vehicle according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Determine that the car driver licenses made and issued before enforcement of this order confirm the right to control of vehicles before the expiration of their action.

3. Determine that the registration certificates of vehicles made and issued before enforcement of this order are valid to re-registration of vehicles.

Registration certificates of vehicles are granted step by step since December 1, 2018.

4. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this order.

5. To provide to committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Lepekh I. V.):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication;

2) placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the police major general Turgumbayev E. Z.

7. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
