Based on paragraph two of part two and part six of Item 4, of paragraphs of the fourth or sixth Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 325 "About attraction and provision of loans, activities of the microfinancial organizations" and parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish forms:

1.1. statements for inclusion of the legal entity in the register of the microfinancial organizations according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

1.2. certificates on inclusion in the register of the microfinancial organizations according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the microfinancial organizations.

3. Establish the minimum size of authorized capital of the commercial microfinancial organization in the amount of 50 thousand Belarusian rubles.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
