1. Approve Regulations on procedure for liquidation of non-state non-profit organizations according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to realize package of measures, the non-state non-profit organizations directed to wide explanation of procedure for liquidation.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov and the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. T. Yuldashev.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 15, 2015 No. 5
1. This Provision determines procedure for voluntary and involuntary liquidation of non-state non-profit organizations, their separate divisions, being legal entities, representations and branches of the international and foreign non-state non-profit organizations (further - NNO), and also procedure for closing of separate divisions of NNO, not being legal entities.
Rules of this provision are not applied in case of liquidation of NNO having stipulated by the legislation signs of insolvency.
2. Voluntary liquidation of NNO is performed according to the decision of its supreme body, and involuntary liquidation - based on the judgment.
