According to item 4 of part four of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved:
1. Approve Changes in the Rules of provision of the reporting members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 in case of No. 1269/21581 (are applied).
2. Make changes to report form about household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - reporting No. 1F form, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 5, registered on August 2, 2012 for No. 1314/21626, having been reworded as follows it the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine it (is applied).
3. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for creation of the report on household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - reporting No. 1F form, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 2, 2012 at No. 1314/21626 (are applied).
4. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal service submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
