Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish marginal maximum prices of natural gas without the value added tax (further – the VAT) for 1000 CBM in case of settlement heat of combustion of 7900 kcal/CBM in case of Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to US dollar to 10 950:1 gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz by delivery through system of the gas supplying organizations (resellers), except the legal entities specified in Item 3 of this resolution in the amount of:
3 020 777 rubles – for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, except the state-financed organizations, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs specified in paragraphs the third or seventh this Item in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2014 to 500 million cubic meters;
2 682 750 rubles – for state-financed organizations, the legal entities of system of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus rendering housing and communal services in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2014 to 500 million cubic meters;
2 190 000 rubles – for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs regarding use of natural gas for production of vegetables of the protected soil in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2014 to 500 million cubic meters;
