About approval of General regulations of legislative metrology concerning packing depending on the weight and amount of a certain packed-up products

No. 100-105, 190), and the Order of the Government No. 1026 of December 28, 2012. "About approval of the National plan of harmonization of the legislation for 2013" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 6-9, 36) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve General regulations of legislative metrology on establishment of rules concerning nominal quantities of the packed-up products it (is applied).

2. To national institute of metrology within 12 months of date of publication of this resolution to develop legislative procedures of accomplishment of the measurements specified in Item 14 of appendix No. 1 to General regulations of legislative metrology on establishment of rules concerning nominal quantities of the packed-up products and to submit to the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization for approval.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations.

4. This resolution becomes effective after 24 months of date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
