About approval of Provisional regulations for types of the general education organizations

For the purpose of creation of adaptive system of school education, more complete satisfaction of educational needs of citizens and forming of single approach to tipologization of the general education organizations, according to Article 87 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic and being guided by article 12 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", I order:

1. Approve:

- Provisional regulations for school gymnasium (appendix 1);

- Provisional regulations for school lyceum (appendix 2).

2. To managements of formation of the cities of Bishkek and Osh, district and city departments of education:

- inform of the approved Provisional regulations subordinated schools gymnasiums and schools lyceums;

- bring charters of schools gymnasiums and schools lyceums into accord with the specified Provisional regulations till October 1 of the current year.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over execution of this order on the head of department of preschool, school and out-of-school education M. Usenaliyev.
