For the purpose of execution of provisions of part (2) Article 5 and article 47 of the Law No. 185 of July 11, 2012 on prevention of dope in sport and fight against it (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 1-5, 2) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National anti-doping agency according to appendix No. 1;

Structure of the National anti-doping agency according to appendix No. 2.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the National anti-doping agency in number of 6 units with total annual wages, according to the current legislation.
