About procedures for carrying out control shooting from firearms
According to Articles 10, "About weapon" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides 12 and 13 Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out control shooting from firearms with rifle barrel which are acquired for the purpose of collecting and exhibiting for forming of the state pulegilzoteka (Appendix 1).
2. Approve the Procedure for control shooting of the firearms with rifle barrel which are on arms of the state paramilitary organizations for forming of the state pulegilzoteka (Appendix 2).
3. Approve the Procedure for carrying out control shooting from office and civil firearms with rifle barrel and requirements to accounting of the bullets and sleeves transferred to the state pulegilzoteka (Appendix 3).
4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the state paramilitary organizations within six months to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
