For the purpose of coordination of social support of members of families of dead and injured of persons as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas, Naryn and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of means of the special account for social support of members of families of dead and injured of persons as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas, Naryn and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad" of March 14, 2013 No. 134 the following changes and amendment:
- in Regulations on procedure for use of means of the special account for social support of members of families of dead and injured of persons as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas, Naryn and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the subitem 3 of item 4 of the word "acquisitions or constructions of housing" shall be replaced with words "joint financing of construction of housing (construction of the base, wall, roof)";
- add item 4 with the subitem 5 of the following content:
