About import licensing of separate types of wood chipboards and products from gypsum and entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156

According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. import to the Republic of Belarus because of limits of single customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of separate types of the wood chipboards classified by codes 4410 11 100 0 and 4410 11 300 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – wood chipboards), and also the products from gypsum classified by codes 6809 11 000 0 and 6809 19 000 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – products from gypsum), is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade in coordination with the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking both pulp and paper industry and the Ministry of Architecture respectively according to the procedure, similar established by Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import, provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union) in trade with the third countries, taking into account the features specified in this resolution;

Note. Action of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 does not extend to import to the Republic of Belarus of the goods occurring and imported from the State Parties of the Agreement on the free trade area of October 18, 2011.
