About entering of amendments into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008 No. 369

1. Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008, "About especially important objects" to add No. 369 with the subitem 28 of the following content:
"28) the Construction of the Diyori Dushanbe project (Society from the limited liability "Katari Diar Real Isteyt Investment Company - Tajikistan", its subsidiary company, the prime contractor and subcontractors).
2. Approve the Inventory and the necessary equipment, imported into the Republic of Tajikistan for the asset construction specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to appendix.
3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service timely customs clearance of the loads arriving for construction of the Diyori Dushanbe project.
