About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2013 No. 531

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2013 "About some questions of informatization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 531

1. No. 280 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 21.04.2023

2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Regulations on the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 282 "About the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 53, 5/13978; 2006, No. 132, 5/22767; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.01.2013, 5/36835):

in item 4:

to add subitem 4.5 after the words "Republic of Belarus" with words ", specifications on the actions included in the state, industry and regional programs of informatization";

add Item with subitems 4.5-1-4.5-3 of the following content:

"4.5-1. draws the conclusions about feasibility of expenses on carrying out research and development works on creation and acquisition of the software and the technical means for implementation of actions included in the state, industry and regional programs of informatization;

4.5-2. will organize evaluating proposals of suppliers (contractors, contractors) about implementation of actions included in the state, industry and regional programs of informatization, the State scientific and technical advisory council of the corresponding profile;

4.5-3. will organize carrying out research and development works on creation of the automated information systems and information resources for scientific and technical and innovative activities, and also development on their base of electronic services;";
