About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2022 No. 136

Based on the paragraph of third of part one of subitem 2.12 of Item 2, No. 136 "About state body in the field of digital development and questions of informatization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of subitem 12.11 of Item 12 and the paragraph of third Item 19 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2022

1. Establish indicators of level of digital development of industries of economy and administrative and territorial units according to appendix 1.

2. For the purposes of this resolution terms in the values determined in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 No. 455-Z "About information, informatization and information security", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2022 No. 136, and also terms and their determinations according to appendix 2 are used.

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. to exclude subitems 4.5-1 and 4.5-2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 282,;

3.2. to exclude Item 1 of appendix 2 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302,;
