In pursuance of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2014 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About telecommunication" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 172-Z
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for allocation, uses and withdrawals of resource of numbering it (is applied).
2. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and modification of some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 54, 5/14018; 2006, No. 143, 5/22788; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.12. 2012, 5/36554), following changes:
to state subitem 5.21 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5.21. performs in accordance with the established procedure allocation to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs of resource of numbering of single network of telecommunication of the Republic of Belarus, its withdrawal at legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, will organize work on distribution and use of address space of national segment of the Internet;";
to exclude subitem 8.4 of Item 8.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 9, 2015.
