In the Law of Turkmenistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking", accepted on October 9, 2004 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2004, No. 4, Art. 28; 2008, No. 2, Art. 24; 2009, No. 2, Art. 33; 2012, No. 4, the Art. 117) to number contents of Article 4 in figure "1". and to add Article with part two of the following content:
"2. Concerning the persons found guilty and condemned for the crimes connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, amnesty is not applied.".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
