3. Authorized state body to determine Committee on environmental protection by maintaining the State register of subjects to environmental monitoring of the Republic of Tajikistan under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To provide to the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Khatlon and Sughd areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas of republican subordination and business entities accomplishment of this resolution.
