1. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:
a) distribute till January 12, 2015 amount of the tariff quota approved for 2015 by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 19, 2014 No. 131 "About the inventory concerning which for 2015 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods to the territory of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space" concerning separate types of whey and modified whey, in powder, granules or in other firm types, without addition of sugar or other edulcorant substances (further - whey) (the FEACN CU codes 0404 10 120 1 and 0404 10 160 1), between participants of foreign trade activity are established performing import to the territory of the Russian Federation of whey (the FEACN CU codes 0404 10 120 and 0404 10 160) from September 1, 2011 to September 30, 2014 inclusive according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption it is pro rata to whey amounts (the FEACN CU codes 0404 10 120 and 0404 10 160), imported from September 1, 2011 to September 30, 2014 inclusive according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for whey (the FEACN CU codes 0404 10 120 and 0404 10 160), occurring and imported from the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States;
b) determine procedure of payments of amount of the tariff quota approved concerning whey (the FEACN CU codes 0404 10 120 1 and 0404 10 160 1) the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 19, 2014 No. 131 "About the inventory concerning which for 2015 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods to the territory of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space", for the purpose of its distribution between participants of foreign trade activity are established;
