2) the report on the securities which are in nominal continence of custodian on form according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) the report on the blocked (unexecuted) orders of clients on form according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) the report on the number of clients of custodian on form according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

5) the report on the securities issued according to the legislation of foreign state, which are in nominal continence on form according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

6) Rules of submission of the reporting by custodian according to appendix 6 to this resolution.

2. The custodian represents to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan the reporting in electronic format quarterly, no later than the last working day of the month following reporting quarter.
