being guided by desire to promote development of friendship, strengthening of commercial, commercial, scientific and technical, cultural and other relations between two states,

for the purpose of settlement of trips of citizens of the states, agreed as follows:

Article 1

Citizens of the state of one Party can drive, leave, follow en route and stay in the territory of the state of other Party without visas on one of the identity documents and their owners confirming nationality specified in Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this agreement.

Entrance and departure of citizens of the states of the Parties are performed through the check points open for the international message.

Article 2

The parties regularly inform each other on the questions relating to scope of provisions of this agreement, in particular, about the existing identity documents and their owners confirming nationality of changes according to the procedure of their issue and use, on rules of stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the states of the Parties, and also on the relevant acts of the legislation.

In case of introduction of new identity documents and confirming nationality of their owner, or modification of the existing documents of the Party through diplomatic channels exchange their samples not later than thirty days before their enforcement.

Article 3

Citizens of the state of one Party in the time spent for the territory of the state of other Party shall carry out the laws and rules of the state of the Party of stay.
