About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 19, 2012 No. 1069

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 19, 2012 No. 1069 "About criteria of reference of solid, liquid and gaseous waste to radioactive waste, criteria of reference of radioactive waste to special radioactive waste and to the deleted radioactive waste and criteria of classification of the deleted radioactive waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, the Art. 6017) the following changes:

in paragraph four of Item 5 and Item of 6 criteria of reference of the solid, liquid and gaseous waste to radioactive waste approved by the specified resolution shall be replaced with words words of "uranium-228" "uranium-238";

in paragraph seven of the subitem "b" of Item 2 and the paragraph the seventh the subitem "b" of Item of 3 criteria of classification of the deleted radioactive waste approved by the specified resolution shall be replaced with words the words "30 years" "31 years".
