The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on free trade of January 18, 2000, further - the Agreement,

concluded the this Protocol as follows:

Article 1

The parties agreed that the withdrawals from free trade regime provided in Item 1 of article 1 of the Agreement extend to goods:

specified in Appendices 1 and 2 to the this Protocol;

the legislations of the states of the Parties on export rate, licensing and quoting of commodity export (works, services) falling under action.

Article 2

Concerning the goods occurring from the territory of the states of the Parties which are subject to taxation by customs duties according to Article of 1 this Protocol of the Party will provide each other most favored nation treatment concerning the customs duties and charges of any sort applied in connection with import and export including methods of collection of such duties and charges.

Article 3

Article provisions 2 this Protocols do not extend to benefits which the either party provides:

a) to neighboring states for the purpose of development of border trade;

b) to developing countries according to international agreements or the national legal system;

c) in connection with participation in custom union and (or) the free trade area.

Article 4

The this Protocol and all appendices to it are integral part of the Agreement.
