About modification of the Method of calculation of net taxes on products in real terms

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" and for the purpose of enhancement of methodology of calculation of net taxes on products in real terms the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Item 12 of the Method of calculation of net taxes on products in real terms approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 18, 2014 No. 22 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.03. 2014, 7/2717; 27.12. 2014, 7/3024) to state in the following edition:

"12. Calculation of excises is in real terms perfromed by method of extrapolation (extrapolation) of excises of base period on the index of physical amount of excises calculated by the following formula:

where IFOA - index of physical amount of excises;

RALK0 - the amount of excises on alcoholic products and alcohol-containing solutions in base period;

IFOALK - index of production of drinks (without production of beer, malt, mineral water and soft drinks);

QTAB1 - quantity of tobacco products in kind in current period;

RTAB0 - the amount of excises on tobacco products in base period;

QTAB0 - quantity of tobacco products in kind in base period;

qMM1 - amount of engine oils in kind in current period;

PMM0 - the amount of excises on engine oils in base period;
