1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 20, 2015 No. 28 "About import licensing of separate types of wood chipboards and products from gypsum and entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.01. 2015, 5/40026) following changes and amendment:

1.1. to state preamble of the resolution in the following edition:

"According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

1.2. in subitem 1.1 of Item 1:

shall be replaced with words words of Customs union Eurasian Economic Union;

"The agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods of June 9, 2009 concerning goods to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by state members of the Customs union within Eurasian economic community are applied" shall be replaced with words words "The rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union)";

add the subitem with the interlinear note of the following content:

"Note. Action of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 does not extend to import to the Republic of Belarus of the goods occurring and imported from the State Parties of the Agreement on the free trade area of October 18, 2011.";

1.3. in subitem 3.2 of Item 3 of the word of Customs union shall be replaced with words Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2015.
