About entering of amendment into the Regulations on procedure and conditions of calculation of years of service of public service
According to Item 2 of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About public service in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of calculation of the years of service of public service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 1997 No. 471 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 14, Art. 521; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 4, 5/13638; 2012, No. 31, 5/35375) to add with subitem 8.2-2 of the following content:
"8.2-2. work as the member of Board of the Eurasian economic commission, the judge of Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, officials and the staff of the Eurasian economic commission and Court of the Eurasian Economic Union;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
