Approve Changes in the Regulations on the organization of acceptance and servicing of citizens by bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine by the principle of "single window" approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 21, 2012 No. 4-3, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 27, 2012 on No. 314/20627, which are applied.

2. To legal management of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Nikitenko V. S.
