Some questions of the organizations of formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of further optimization of system of departmental formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Determine that financing of the public institutions renamed according to Item 1, is made within the means provided in the republican budget for the corresponding financial year and the approved limit of the number of staff.

3. Liquidate the public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25. Art. 311):
