About approval of Rules for apportionment of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity on import to the Republic of Kazakhstan of separate types of meat

According to the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 16-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules for apportionment of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity on import to the Republic of Kazakhstan of separate types of meat (further - Rules).

2. To provide to development department of foreign trade activity in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication of this order in information system of law of Ad_let and in periodic printing editions;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to department of regulation of trading activity:

1) implementation of distribution between historical suppliers of amounts of the tariff quotas according to these rules;

2) publication on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on amounts of the tariff quotas on import of the separate types of meat (approved, used and which remained unallotted), placement of the relevant information and other procedures specified in these rules.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
