1. Approve Changes in Electricity tariffs, released to the population, approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, of April 23, 2012 No. 497, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 23, 2012 on No. 598/20911 (in edition of the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power of May 23, 2014 No. 749) which are applied.
2. Provide submission of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
