About change and amendment of the Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector

For the purpose of execution of provisions of Item b) and Item g) article 29 of the Law on the state internal financial control No. 229 of September 23, 2010. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010 Yo, 730) I ORDER to Art. No. 231-234,:

1. Approve changes and amendments to the Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 100 of August 29, 2012. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 205-207, 1132) according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Appendix №1

to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Moldova of December 12, 2014 No. 171

Changes and amendments to the Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 100 of August 29, 2012:

1.1. In item 4 after the word of "organizations", the syntagma is added "and also";

1.2. In Item 5:

1.2. 1) the word of "eleven" is replaced with the word of "seven";

1.2. 2) it is supplemented with syntagma at the end" which meet the requirements provided in Item 5-1";

1.3. After Item 5 four new Items of the following content are added:

"5-1. Members of the commission conform to the following requirements:

a) the higher education in financial and economic area, management, the right or information technologies;
