About change of Nominal structure of the Commission on certification of internal auditors of the public sector and Council of the state internal financial control

For implementation of provisions of the Art. 29, lit.b) and lit.g), and also the Art. 30, the item (3) the Law No. 229 of September 23, 2010 on the state internal financial control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 231-234, 730) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Approve some changes in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 100 of August 29, 2012 about approval of the Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 205-207, the Art. 1132):

– "Diana to Groce-Aksenti" to replace syntagma with syntagma "Alexey Sekriyeru";

– add nominal structure with three new members:

"Diana to Groce-Aksenti – the deputy director general of National medical insurance company;

To Serzhiu Keyneryan – the head of the internal audit department, the Ministry of Public Education;

Anton Cherney is the head of department of internal audit, the Main state tax authorities".

2. Approve some changes in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 114 of October 12, 2012 about approval of Regulations of activities of Council of the state internal financial control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 237-241, the Art. 1379):

– "to Groce-Aksenti Diana" to replace syntagma with syntagma "to Sekriyer Alexey";

– 3 to change line item in the following edition:

"3. To Groce-Aksenti Diana is deputy director general of National medical insurance company".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
