About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning banking regulation

For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating activities of banks of the second level, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning banking regulation to which changes and additions are made (further - the List).

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for:

paragraphs from third on the sixtieth, paragraphs from sixty third on the sixty sixth, the paragraph of eighty third Item 1 of the List, paragraphs from third on the fifty eighth, the paragraph of the seventy fourth Item 3 of the List which extend to the relations which arose since January 1, 2015;

paragraphs from Item 1 of the List, the seventy fourth on the eighty first, paragraphs from Item 3 of the List, the sixty fifth on the seventy second, which extend to the relations which arose since December 24, 2014 and are effective till June 30, 2015.

Lines, sequence numbers 81 and 82, of appendix 1 to the List and lines, sequence numbers 53 and 54, of appendix 4 to the List are effective till January 1, 2016.
