3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1. At the disposal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 1996 No. 539:

The paragraph third Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"To provide to the state committee of television and broadcasting together with National TV company repayment during 2014-2016 of the remained amount of the loan granted by Japan, the corresponding percent and the commissions and the added penalties for acquisition account from own economic activity of TV company.";
