About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2014 No. 1134

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2014 No. 1134 "About rendering in 2014 medical care in the territory of the Russian Federation to the citizens of Ukraine and persons without citizenship who were constantly living in the territory of Ukraine, by force left the territory of Ukraine and arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation in the emergency mass procedure, and compensation for the account of means of the federal budget of the expenses connected with rendering by it in 2014 medical care and also costs on carrying out to specified persons of the preventive inoculations included in calendar of preventive inoculations according to epidemic indications" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 45, the Art. 6227).

2. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2015.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2014 No. 1134

1. In the name, Items 2 and 3 of the word "in 2014" shall be replaced with words "in 2014 - 2015".

2. In Item 5:

a) in paragraph one:
