1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of power to initiate legislation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 1996 No. 3051 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for representation for the signature and considerations by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, their registration, promulgation and storage" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 30, the Art. 267):
