1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for use, accounting and storage of precious metals and gemstones approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 34 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 57, 8/10784; 2007, No. 71, 8/15972; No. 249, 8/17209; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.07. 2014, 8/28840), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 6:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"6. It is necessary for the organizations specified in part one of Item 3 of this Instruction:";
add Item with part two of the following content:
"The organizations performing wholesale and (or) retail trade by precious metals and gemstones at least once a year send to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus offers on acquisition of scrap and waste of the precious metals which are formed as a result of approbation, the analysis and branding the state assay brand of the Republic of Belarus of jewelry and other household products and also as a result of loss of consumer and (or) functional properties of such products.";
1.2. in Item 69 to replace the word of "third" with the word of "fourth";
1.3. add Item 97 with part three of the following content:
