About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fish breeding"

1. State Article 20 in the following edition:

- prevent and eliminate offenses in the field of increase, reproduction, use, protection and protection of fishes and other water bioresources;

- assist subjects of aquaculture in implementation of activities according to requirements of this Law;

- establish circumstances and procedure for fishing and other water bioresources, and also restrictions, suspensions or the terminations of activities of the subject of aquaculture. 

Supervision of protection, reproduction of fishes and other water bioresources in natural water objects of fish breeding, regulation of their fishing and works on fishery melioration, and also observance of rules of aquaculture is performed by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
