2. Declare invalid:
1) the order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 14, 2013 No. 249 "About approval of Rules on development of standards and regulations of the state services" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 8622, No. 339 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of December 19, 2013 (27613);
2) the order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2014 No. 133 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 14, 2013 No. 249 "About approval of Rules on development of standards and regulations of the state services" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 9432, No. 187 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of September 25, 2014 (27808).
3. To development department of system of public administration of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Biakhmetov A. S.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
