1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of carrying out scheduled maintenance on fire safety and mitigation of consequences of the fires on rail transport, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of carrying out scheduled maintenance on fire safety and mitigation of consequences of the fires on air transport, according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) publication of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bozhko V. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
