About System of annual efficiency evaluation of activities of the central state and local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the central state bodies and local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed System of annual efficiency evaluation of activities of the central state and local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital.

2. Determine the following state bodies concerning which the efficiency evaluation of their activities is carried out:

1) the central state bodies according to appendix to this Decree,

2) local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital (further - local executive bodies).

3. To perform evaluating efficiency of activities of the central state and local executive bodies since 2011, except for estimates of pilot two central state bodies and one local executive body of area which to begin in 2010.

4. Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to approve the list of the state bodies which are subject to assessment in 2010 in a month.

5. To the state bodies responsible for efficiency evaluation of activities of the central state and local executive bodies for the corresponding directions, in three-months time in coordination with Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop and approve the evaluating techniques including preparation of the corresponding conclusions.

6. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan in three-months time in coordination with Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop and approve format of the conclusion about results of overall assessment of efficiency of activities of the central state and local executive bodies.

7. No. 136 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 26.08.2019
