About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of streamlining of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Make to the section "Ministry of Economics" of appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 26, 1/12374; No. 133, 1/13106; 2012, No. 49, 1/13473; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.02. 2013, 1/14044; 26.11. 2013, 1/14633; 06:12. 2014, 1/15449) following changes and amendment:
to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "from renewable energy resources";
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"Aeronautical services (according to the list determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus)";
the ninth to exclude the paragraph;
the tenth or twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the ninth or eleventh;
after the paragraph of the tenth to add the Section with the paragraph of the following content:
"Services of infrastructure of rail transport public (according to the list determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus)";
