1. Approve:

organizational structure of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

structure of central office of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan with extreme number of managerial personnel of 89 units according to appendix No. 2;

standard structure of territorial administrations of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

2. Determine sources of financing of activities of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan in part:

the current content - means of the Republican budget;

program implementations of informatization, performed within the state order, and also additional material stimulation of workers - means Republican and local budgets, and also Fund of development of the information and communication technologies and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
