About modification of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 15, 1999 No. 174 "About measures for increase in efficiency of stock and fair trade"
For the purpose of further stimulation of stock and fair trade, streamlining of commodity exportation and increase in currency receipts from their export the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Bring in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 15, 1999 No. 174 "About measures for increase in efficiency of stock and fair trade" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 19) change according to appendix.
2. Determine that since June 1, 2015 rendering of services for export through the commodity and raw exchanges is enabled by legal entities and physical persons only for freely convertible currency.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
