About approval of Rules of carrying out approbation and registration testing of veterinary medicines, feed additives
According to subitem 46-20) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterinary science" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out approbation and registration testing of veterinary medicines, feed additives.
2. To provide to department of veterinary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
