About reference of owners of objects of electric grid economy to the territorial network organizations

1. Approve enclosed:

criteria of reference of owners of objects of electric grid economy to the territorial network organizations;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning reference of owners of objects of electric grid economy to the territorial network organizations.

2. Determine that Items 1, of 2 and 6 criteria approved by this resolution are not applied to the owners of objects of electric grid economy performing transfer of electrical energy in technologically isolated territorial electric utility systems and also in the territories which are technologically not connected with Power pool system of Russia and with technologically isolated territorial electric utility systems.

2(1). Determine that the Item of 6 criteria approved by this resolution is not applied to:

to the owners of objects of electric grid economy performing transfer of electrical energy in the territory of Primorsky Krai - till January 1, 2018;
