Questions of optimization of activities of territorial authorities of the National agency concerning public service and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Form as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of the National agency concerning public service according to the list according to appendix, having reorganized by merge territorial authorities of Head department of public service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol.

2. Determine that territorial authorities of Head department of public service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol which will be reorganized continue to carry out the powers before transfer of such powers to territorial authorities which are formed according to Item 1 of this resolution.

3. In appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, the Art. 814) line item

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
